Delivery across the UK

Standard delivery is free when the goods total is £60 or more after discounts. Below £60, the delivery charge is £22. An optional express upgrade is £22 at any order value. Choose your delivery method in the cart; the total is shown before payment.

Handling and arrival

Allow 2 working days of handling and processing, followed by up to 7 working days for delivery. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. Express uses the faster available delivery option after the same handling period. Ask us before ordering if you have a fixed deadline.

Tracking and separate parcels

We send a tracking number when your order ships. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages. Use Track My Order to follow your delivery.

Delays or missing deliveries

Contact theteam@customersupport.care if tracking stops updating or your order has not arrived. Your statutory rights for late, missing or damaged goods are unaffected. Unless a different delivery period was agreed, delivery should take place within 7 working days of dispatch.
